NAD+ IV Therapy

NAD+/Brain Regen IV

Fist discovered in 1906, Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD) is the active coenzyme form of Niacin (Vitamin B3) vital for energy production and metabolism.

We produce NAD+ naturally, but our body’s ability to replenish its NAD+ stores decline with age, stress, alcohol and drug use, chronic illness and exposure to environmental toxins. Besides metabolism, NAD+ impacts a wide variety of systems including digestion, cognition and mental clarity, aging, and overall energy levels.

NAD+ is crucial to oxidation-reduction (redox) reactions that reduce oxidative stress in the body and regulates circadian and metabolic rhythm. NAD+ also maintains DNA integrity and health and plays a significant role in anti-aging.

NAD+ accomplishes this by acting upon on mitochondria and increasing the length of telomeres, which are the protective caps located at the ends of chromosomes that become shorter as the body ages.

NAD+ increases the activity of SIRT1, SIRT3, and PARP1 proteins, which are linked with a slower rate of aging and influence DNA repair respectively.

Additionally, NAD increases your body’s levels of serotonin, a neurotransmitter associated with mood regulation, and can improve symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Benefits of NAD+ IV Therapy

Anti-Aging Therapy

NAD+ turns off genes that are responsible for proteins that accelerate aging by stimulating sirtuin activity.

Improved Sleep

NAD+ is connected to circadian rhythms. Balancing this cofactor may help you restore normal sleep cycles and hunger patterns.

Treatment of Anxiety & Depression

NAD+ may correct the imbalance of neurotransmitters in the brain, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), serotonin, and dopamine, that lead to anxiety or depression.

Addiction Management

Sirtuins protect against oxidative stress, which is linked to cravings for substances like opioids, alcohol, and tobacco.

Cardiovascular Health

High levels of NAD+ may increase Nitric Oxide production and help reduce stiffness in the aorta, lowering systolic blood pressure in adults at risk of heart disease.

Exercise Performance

NAD+ may promote healthy muscle aging, improving muscle function and strength.

Focus and Concentration

Increasing your ratio of NAD+ to NADH (reduced NAD) protects brain cells from free radicals improving mental clarity and performance.

Cell Death Prevention

NAD+ treatment may prevent cell death and energy failure caused by traumatic brain injury (TBI).

The Brain ReGen IV

NAD IV + FastVitaminIV® + Gluathione Push

By combining a high dose NAD+ IV treatment followed by a FastVitaminIV® and Glutathione Push, Enovative Wellness has seen clinical success improving the symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, TBI/Concussion, and improving executive function.

NAD+ improves production of PGC-1-alpha (a protein that appears to protect cells against oxidative stress) and repairs mitochondrial function in the brain. This is believed to help improve cognition and potentially prevent Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases.

The potent combination of B Vitamins, Amino Acids, Magnesium, and Acetyl-L-Carnitine in the Fast Vitamin IV provides cofactors to improve the efficacy of the NAD+ treatment.

Glutathione is essential for the cellular detoxification of reactive oxygen species in brain cells. Glutathione is a naturally occurring antioxidant and dramatically improves the detoxification and rebuilding process in the body.

The Brain ReGen IV Process

Each Brain Regen IV Treatment may take anywhere from 1-2 hours.

Dr. Jones recommends patients start with a loading dose of 5 treatments over a 14 day period. Most patients will then enter a maintenance phase which may consist of 1-2 treatments per month, depending on progress and treatment goals.

The NAD+ portion is done via IV infusion and at the conclusion, the FastVitaminIV® and Glutathione are pushed over the next 2-3 minutes.

In between treatments, Dr. Jones may recommend patients take oral supplements, nasal sprays, or subcutaneous injections to keep NAD+ and nutrient levels close to optimal range.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about NAD+ IV Therapy at Enovative Wellness.

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a coenzyme your body needs for energy production and metabolism. Levels naturally decline with age, stress, alcohol or drug use, chronic illness, and toxin exposure, which can affect everything from cognition and mood to energy and cellular repair.

Patients use NAD+ IV therapy to support anti-aging, better sleep, mood and anxiety management, addiction recovery, cardiovascular health, exercise performance, focus and concentration, and protection against cell death from injuries like TBI.

The Brain ReGen IV combines a high-dose NAD+ infusion with a FastVitaminIV® and Glutathione push. This combination has shown clinical success improving symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, TBI/concussion, and executive function.

Each treatment takes about 1-2 hours. The NAD+ portion is given first via IV infusion, followed by the FastVitaminIV® and Glutathione, which are pushed over the final 2-3 minutes.
