CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin have been shown to be synergistic when taken together to increase the release of growth hormone and amplify the effectiveness of growth hormone.

CJC-1295 is a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analog, whereas Ipamorelin is a growth hormone-releasing peptide-receptor (GHRP) agonist.
